Fantastic experience!!! Alexandra came out for our 4 year old's birthday party. Alexandra had a large selection of designs. I even saw her painting a couple of mom's arms. After all that, then there was the balloon twisting. Alexandra was so fun and sweet with the kids. A couple of parents came up to me and commented about how great she was. Professionally, Alexandra was fantastic to work with. She responded very quickly to emails, answered all of my questions. The other parents at the party were impressed and that's the true test!

Alexandra was amazing. So artistic with her designs and so fast. She kept the line of kids moving quickly which is important for a group of revved up 4 year olds. She also did balloon twisting for the kids. Very patient, calm, and kind.

We hired Alexandra for our children's birthday party on 2/22/2015 and she far exceeded our expectations. She arrived at our home early (despite poor weather conditions), and was extremely professional and personable with the kids and adults alike. Her face painting was absolutely beautiful and the balloon animals were adorable. We hosted 20+ children and within the span of two hours, she was able to provide face painting and balloons for all the children who requested with virtually no wait time (many of the children went back for multiple balloons, paintings, etc. and there was plenty of time). We would hire her again in a heartbeat!

Alexandra from DC Face Painting was awesome! She was very punctual and quickly engaged the children when she arrived. We live in Fairfax county, VA and booked her for 2 hours. About 10 mothers came up to me during the party and asked me where I had found her because they were so impressed with her art work and how fast she worked. The children in our group ranged in ages from 1-6 years and we had LOTs of kids at the party (about 50 kids). She quickly worked on each child and the results were fantastic!! The photos on the website do not do justice to the art work when you see it in person....she did an amazing job and great designs on the children. She also made balloon animals, etc. and kept the childrent excited. Her prices are also extremely reasonable!! We will definitely book her again for our next party!! She deserves the 5 stars!!

Alexandra is a gifted artist and she did amazing job! All the children were so excited about their faces, end everything was well organized. Alexandra gave a number to every child and she was calling numbers, so that everyone knew when his turn was, and kids didn't have to stand in a line, so they could enjoy some other fun stuff at the party while waiting for their turn to get a face painting. After that she did balloons, those were awesome too! I would recommend Alexandra for any kind of celebrations!

I've seen a lot of face painters at parties over the years. Alexandra was by far one of the best. She took the time to go around and find children without facepaint and get them excited about painting their faces. Soon there was a line of kids waiting and whenever her chair was empty I saw her with her example book engaging kids who didn't have paint yet.

We hired her for two hours and she was working the entire time. She had a great demeanor with parents and kids. I was very impressed with her work and I would highly recommend her for any occasion!
